We will send a message containing a link to our customer portal MY.CITY-EXPRESS.BG to the e-mail address provided by you. With the help of an access code, you can download an electronic copy of the transport document containing information about the shipment.
The access code (OR password) is individual and is written on the copy of the consignor’s bill of lading.
The service is requested when submitting a request for a courier visit.
The service is performed within 2 (two) business days from shipment delivery.
