FIXED TIME TO RECEIVE SHIPMENT
An additional service in which we will pick up your shipment at a time of your choice, upon request, by the time slots in Table TIME RANGE FOR ACCEPTING REQUESTS.
The requested time must be at least 30 minutes after the time of acceptance of your request.
The fixed time is declared at the same time as submitting a request for a courier.
This service is not available for intercity services.

FIXED TIME FOR SHIPMENT DELIVERY
An additional service to deliver your package at a time you want.
The service applies to shipments transported with basic city services, CITY EXPRESS® WEEKEND, CITY EXPRESS® STANDARD, CITY EXPRESS® MAXI WEEKEND and CITY EXPRESS® MAXI STANDARD.
For CITY EXPRESS® WEEKEND and CITY EXPRESS® MAXI WEEKEND services, a fixed delivery time can be set between 10:00 and 17:00.
For CITY EXPRESS® STANDARD and CITY EXPRESS® MAXI STANDARD services, a fixed time can be set between 1:00 PM and 5:30 PM, but not earlier than 3 hours after receiving the request for a courier visit, such as when combining with the Evening service delivery the fixed time can be after 17:30 to 19:30.
The fixed delivery time is declared at the same time as submitting a courier request.
This service is not available for intercity services.
